Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to love your Furzi order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Please include your order number with every return request. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools that have been used on a pet can only be returned if they are defective.

How to start a return
Email us at artem.polishchuk.pl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
